美国ITC发布对液晶器件、组件及其下游产品的337部分终裁
据中国贸易救济信息网，8月21日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定液晶器件、组件及其下游产品（Certain Liquid Crystal Devices, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same，调查编码：337-TA-1462）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2026年6月22日作出的初裁（No.30）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止本案调查。
2025年11月24日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定液晶器件、组件及其下游产品（Certain Liquid Crystal Devices, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1462）。
2025年8月29日，美国BH Innovations LLC of New York, New York、爱尔兰Longitude Licensing Limited of Ireland、爱尔兰138 East LCD Advancements Ltd. of Ireland向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号7,705,948、7,570,334），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
